Over 14 countries showcased the best of Europe, in St. Andrews Square, Edinburgh on 9th May. Fiona Hyslop MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Culture and External Affairs, and the Lord Provost of Edinburgh opened the festivities, which included an open air concert.
